What normally happen to you if stress occur?

This "things" happen to you and me when we feel stressed. We know that unmanaged stress is not good but we still unclear why it is not good. Come come let us see what negative effects can we get if we do not manage our stress well.




Physiology

During stressful state, our heart rate is increasing more than normal. This will lead to our increasing breathing rate. At this time our muscle will become tense and do you know why your hand become cold? It's because of the blood will moves to your muscle as a preparation for fight. This will lead to less blood at your brain and this is why stress people will become uncreative and hard to think. Blood pressure will increase because of the increasing heart pump rate and this makes us easily gets angry. Sometime we mad becuse of simple little thing.

Psychology

In terms of your stuffs inside your mind, you may feel:


  • Catastrophizing
    This makes us think that things are worse than it is. You will have the fear of moving forward and try "suppose to be good" stuffs.

  • Self-denigration
    Sometimes when people become too low profile, they actually having this self-denigration. This can be quite a trouble for them to move forward and improve themselves.

  • Problems in decision making
    It will be hard for you to decide the best decision for you when you are in stress condition. It quite be troublesome and need to be overcome as fast as possible.



Behavior

The effects of stress to people's behaviour are hyper attitude where they tend to move faster than normal people. They conduct frequent gestures that can be obviously seen by people. They also becoming impatient especially if others do work slower than them.

You cannot run away from Stress




Yes it is true that you cannot escape yourself from stress. It happens to me and to every body else in this universe. As long as a person is alive, stress will be in their daily lifestyles. So we can say that stress is normal. You will experience stress whether directly or not and whether you know it or not.


It is the level of stress and acceptance that makes it different from one person to another. It may be that one person can handle a lot of stresses due to work or family problem because of their experience in that field of life. However, what about person that experiencing “over stressed” for the first time? Surely they will feel shocked and this can lead to many negative effects if no proper ways to handle it been done.


In order to “reduce” level of stress, we need to know about it. See that I am using the word “reduce” because we surely cannot 100% eliminate stress. We can only help reducing stress level to a more acceptable level. This can be done through more than one method.


There is nobody that never experience stress in their life. The one manage to go through this stressful periods is the one who will achieve success because it is actually one of the ingredients of great achievement. They have the proper ways to cope with the stresses.


So right now please take some time to tell yourself and really tell yourself that stress is good. We just need to know how to control and cope with it. By achieving this, you will surely reach your goal safely and happily.

Everyday practices





Today I will share to you tips about what you can do daily in order to achieve better health. You can do this free without spending any money (you can even save money by not smoking ^_^).

1. Move your body

You don't have to go exercise to move your body. You can do it while you are going from one place to another. People nowadays become lazier as technologies are getting better. With the creation of lifts, people don't want to use stairs anymore. Even going up 1 or 2 floors also they will use lifts. I recommend that you use stairs if you just going 1 or 2 floors up.

Walking is good for your health, so practice yourself to walk to your destination if it is considerable near and you have time. Please don't avoid walking just because you are lazy. Your laziness will brought trouble for you in the future.


2. Watch out what goes into your mouth


Today's foods are absolutely delicious. It's due to the existence of many kinds of persevatives and additives. I know you know that these stuffs is not good but still you continue to consume a lot of the "delicious" foods. I am not saying that you cannot eat any of them. You need to enjoy life right? I know because I am thinking the same way too. We must taste all the delicious food. All I could say is for you to control your eating habits. You cannot avoid 100% the foods but you can add more healthy foods in your diet and reducing the unhealthy foods intake. It's better for you to control the level of "enjoyment" today so you can still enjoy 30 years from now instead of "suffering" from many kind of illnesses due to your past eating mistakes.


3. Don't smoke or QUIT smoke!

Smoking gives ZERO BENEFITS. I am 100% sure about it. Still I wonder why people loves to smoke? Does the act of putting smokey stick in one's mouth is considered as noble and macho? Sorry to say but I DON'T THINK SO! (Sorry for those people who are smoking that reads this blog right now but YOU DESERVE THE CRITICSM). Some people says, "Why do you need to care about me? I don't caused any trouble to people. I bought these 'macho sticks' (cigarette) with my own money." OMG man!? Didn't you learn facts about "passive smokers"? People who didn't smoke can get the negative effects of smoking just by living near to the smokers. We (passive smokers) are too kind to scold you for your BAD HABITS but please think about others even if don't care about yourself.

If you are not a smoker, I would like to CONGRATULATE you. You are in the right path of life. Please don't get confused and got influent by smokers in your area. Even if they say that it is good or whatever trick they try to use on you, DON'T INITIATE SMOKING HABIT. Stick to your healthy lifestyles and try helping your family and friends who smoke to stop doing the bad stuff.

I don't have to talk about the negative effects of smoking because I bet you already know about it. Stay away from smoking habit and you are 1 step closer to a healthy life. ^_^

Health for you from Banana




We all know what banana is.  However, we are still taking it for granted as "just another fruit".  Do you know that banana actually helps in our health seeking journey? I had done some research about this fruit and amazed by how much benefits it provides.  I will share some for your reading today. ^_^

Banana can help you to reduce stress level.  Potassium is the reason for this.  It can help to normalize your heartbeats, make sure oxygen reaches to your brain and helps maintaining the water level in your body.

You know that smoking is bad for your health. You want to stop smoking but it is hard for you because the effect of nicotine.  Vitamin C, A1, B6, B12, potassium and magnesium contained inside banana will help you in your fight against cigarette. (If you want it, banana will help you of course but if you don't, none can help you)

For those who suffering from Anaemia, banana can help your body to produce hemoglobin.  If you don't have the problem and your friends got, tell them about this and go to the shops to get some and add into their daily diet. one little informations may save many lifes if there are people that is sincerely sharing the informations.

We know that High Blood Pressure problem become everyone's to worry about.  Thanks to this fruit known as Banana because it helps in reducing the posibility of acquiring this disease.  We should act on every little methods that can assure our health in good condition.

It is not wrong for me to nominate banana as one of the "genius' food".  The potassium inside it can help the consumer to be more alert thus making them becoming "super sponge" to absorb the incoming knowledge and information. If you are in the process of learning something, go and buy a basket of banana and make it a habit to eat banana while you are studying or reading. 

For those who are thinking of dieting, banana is a "must" option to take.  Eating banana is included inside my "diet tips" list.  Make it a habit to eat banana as soon as you wake up every morning.  Japan people already knew about this importance of banana to their weight loss programme. That makes banana price to increased in Japan.  Make sure to stock your own banana before the price hike. ^^.  

There are a lot more benefits that we can get by eating banana daily.  It will take pages and pages of post to exlain them.. :)

Are you in the "LIST"?

  There is still posibility that you become the next victim of Osteoporosis. Usually the victim will not know they have the disease until they experienced broken bone. By then, it's already too late. So it's important to check your bone's density regularly to make sure about the condition of your bone. This checking can be done by using the "Bone Density Test" at selected clinics or pharmacies.

  The tester will check your result by reffering to the WHO T-score definitions. From this comparison, your bone conditions can be classified whether it is Normal, Osteopenia (Reduction in Bone Density) or Osteoporosis.


Prevention still the BEST OPTION

  Until today, there is still no "cure" for the so known as Osteoporosis. We know that this disease can attack anyone (provided he/she have bones ^_^). So the only way to avoid from getting this disease is by doing preventive actions. Below I will list down some of the basic things to do which can be summarize to be our "everyday habit".

Osteoporosis

   One of the main known disease that caused by the lack of calcium is Osteoporosis.

   Our bones were the places where our body keep calciums for emergency use. The level of calciums stored in our bones will decrease as we tend to continue to apply less calcium intake in our daily diet. In order to support our daily bodily needs, our body always destroy and rebuild our bone. Automatically this will lessen the calcium level in our bone. If the body continue to use the stored calciums without them getting replaced, this will result in weaker and brittle bone. This will lead to thinner, brittle and easily broken bone quality. Whenever we fall down or meeting an accident, the risk of having broken bone will be higher.

   One silent threat to all people in this world that related to the lack of calcium level is the bone thinning. This progressive  disease is known as Osteoporosis. Usually this disease will not be detected until the patient had small accident that damaged the bone or repeated bone aches. That's why calcium intake in our daily diet can reduce the risk of getting Osteoporosis.

Brittle Life Frame

Our skeletal which combines our bones and joints are causing the straightness of our body and maintained our body parts at its right position. This important structure help us to stand, sit, walk, run, jump and every other movements. Without this structure, we are just a bunch of meat.

When you fell and sprain your ankle for example, you will feel the great pain and it makes you cannot walk properly. Just imagine the conditions of bones and joints inside our body when they are not properly connected or even worst, the bone is broken. That part of our body will lose the ability to move for the rest of our life.

Even if you did not fell,  there are still posibilities that our bone will gradually degrades. This natural phenomena which we cannot avoid it. It starts since we are young and become worst as we are ageing.  The source for this problem was related to Calcium.

For the first two decades of life, bone building happen with higher rate compared to the bone's degradations. Soon after that, things will happen the other way. Ionized Calcium requirements will dramatically increase as it is needed to cover the bone building and the bone's degradations. The problem is that our bone cannot generate its own calcium. So it will "borrow" calcium from its own stock. After this happen again and again, the stock will decrease. The decreases quantity of calcium in our bone will lead to higher rate of bone degradation compared to bone building. 

As for that, bone degradation is "EVERYBODY's PROBLEM" regardless of gender, age or life styles.   No one can smile and say, "Who cares. Not my problem." For practical reasons, the RDA for any nutrient is defined as "the level of intake necessary to meet the needs of all healthy people". It does not reflect the body's total need of the vitamin because it omits the numerous metabolic functions that require Vitamin C. It also fails to take into account the optimal amount required for it to serve as an effective anti-oxidant.

Unlike certain animals that can synthesise Vitamin C in their own bodies, the human body does not have such ability. Therefore, the RDA may not be effective to fulfill all the bodily requirements. Fujita Lactose-S

Hi there,

   I would like to give some information about products that you can get related to your intestine's health. It is known as the Fujita Lactose-S which is a food supplement in powder form, prepared from natural ingredients and specially formulated to help you maintain intestinal hygiene by cleansing the colon of impurities.

A Disrupted Environment

Though beneficial bacteria like Bifidus

Bifidus To The Rescue

Now we are talking about some entity
inside our intestine which are living
there since we are born.

Bifidus bacteria are natural inhabitants
of the large intestine. They are found
in great abundance in breast-fed newborn
babies as human milk promotes Bifidus
bacteria's growth. However, as the baby
grows and starts to consume other food,
other bacteria in the body also increase.
Studies conducted in Japan found that
adding Bifidus bacteria into a normal
person's diet helped to reduce incidences

The ideal ratio of friendly to harmful bacteria

condition of the friendly bacteria and the control
they exert over the harmful types.

A healthy population of the friendly bacteria

A stomach Full of Action!

Our gastrointestinal tract is 6 times the height
of our body. While the mouth, stomach and small
intestines help to break down, digest and absorb
nutrients from our food, the large intestines
(colon) reabsorb the water when in need, leaving
undigested residue including excess proteins and
fats, as well as roughage and micro-organisme,
to form semi-solid faeces to be excreted.

As Colon is pivotal in the excretion of body
wastes, its well-being is in direct connection
to one's general health. Helping the Colon in
its functions are the friendly micro-organisms.

The insides of the Colon can be likened to a
battlefield, where more than 400 types of

are constantly waging war against each other.

So this is the source of many kinds of sickness
if we do not take good care of it.

Colon cancer has become the 3rd source of
death after Lung cancer and stomach cancer.

So we must take a good care of ourselves
start from the inside.
People may look healthy but what inside
is the most important thing.

Healthy lifestyles is the key to healthy
body. However, with the condition of our
lifestyle habit, stress, polutted
environment, alcohols, ciggaretes, how
many people still can maintain their
good health?

The last but not least BASIC Step..

Now there is only one step left that
I still haven't covered. It is the second
step. It's about Sufficient Oxygen intake.

Naturally we will exercise as a method to
get sufficient oxygen. But nowadays our
lifestyles is changing due to extra
commitment. We need to think and do many
stuffs such as work, family, social etc.
All these will lead to, "No time for
exercise" or maybe we still exercise but
"once in a blue moon". This happen to MOST
of us. I am not denying that I am also in
the list. This is the reality. Even I also
cannot escape from that. But now I am trying
to make it as a habit to exercise at least
once in 2 days. I am playing soccer, yeah!

Ok, let's get back to track.. :).
Here I want to share to you the alternative
way to fullfil the need of our body in term
of oxygen intake. This is what I use until now
and also I am spreading the good news to all my
friends here.

It's not something to eat. But it's something
that we can use to massage ourselves. It is
very easy to use that you can do your own
massage after reading the book or watching
people do it.

It is known as GUASA Therapy..
This therapy use small massage board that is
made from buffaloe horn which can help
our blood circulation to flow nicely.
As we all know one of the reason we exercise
is to increase the blood circulation which can
help us to sweat and at the same time detox
the toxin out of our body. So now, GUASA can
also do the same to your blood circulation.
It will improve the blood circulation.

During guasa, you will see your skin will become
red. The red color are your dead cells that
remain there due to the condition of your body
that is not in good shape to reject the dead
cells out of your body. This dead cells will
become toxin to our body if it still remain in

migraine. Because everytime before the migraine

Now you can proceed... ^^

Well well..

After the first thing to do has already done,
then can I share to you what is the next step
me, my family and our neighbourhood are following
to achieve great health.

Before this I talked about the 3rd step right?
It's about detoxification. This step is very
crucial! Most people take supplement but they
do not do any detoxification action. Even worst,
maybe they do not even know it. Then they complain
why after taking the supplement they still have bad
health condition. So now I tell you, need to do
detoxification firstly. To make you do ACTION
quickly, I will remind to you about the Colon
Cancer that is among the top killers in the
modern world nowadays. You are bringing yourself
into the bad statistics if you do not detox
yourself RIGHT NOW. I don't mean to scare you
but it is the truth my friend.

So that's about detoxification. See how important
it is until I need to remind to you in this post.
Ok now, let's get back to our recent discussion. ^^

Just now I mentioned about the "next step" right?
So in this post, it's all about it. Which step is it
actually? We have another 2 steps right? Which is step
number 1 and step number 2 (For those who haven't read
about the MRT concept, please READ FROM THE START as
it is the core of your understanding).

Ok I tell you next is about "Balance Nutrition". So
which step is that? Yes, it's step number 1. =)

So in this step WHAT DID I DO?
I took 3 basic IMPORTANT supplement known as
ELKEN Spirulina, Ester-C and EPA.
The combination of these 3 supplement will give
you the perfect basic needs for your body. I
really truly believe in it because this is what
I did before. Clinically, the fact is really amazing!
It gives us the nutritions that our body need.
So what will happen if our body gets all that it needed?
Of course we will achieve healthy condition.

Here I will explain briefly to you why do we really NEED this
supplement nowadays. Do you remember what I mentioned
before about balance nutritions in my previous post?
It's from Dr.Ragner Berg and Dr.Adele Davis. They
say that our body need 80% Alkaline foods and 20% Acidic
foods. And also, we need AT LEAST 40 nutritions each day.
Now I want to ask you.. How can you make sure that you can
follow exactly like that were suggested by our expert just
by living normally in this busy and modern world?

Dr.Adele Davis said that we need at least 40 nutrients intake
everyday to maintain healthy body. Spirulina provide us with
46 nutrients which is make it king of vegetable.

So why do we still need Ester-C? It's because vitamin C is
needed in our body in a very big dosage. It is very important
as our "look younger" food. It also very important for us to
help heal faster any injury on our body and also to strenghten
our antibody so we can prevent from infection from any
microorganisme. Usually the vitamin C that we buy and consume
from outside is acidic in nature. Please take note that this
acidic will lead us to health complication in the future. So that
is why I am taking Elken Ester-C because it is neutral in nature
and 4 TIMES easy to absorb and store in our body.
Please be aware that it is really hard for us to get vitamin C
in natural way nowadays. Normally we will eat vegetables and
fruits to get Vitamin C.. But nowadays it is hard to get it.
Because Vitamin C is hard to get and easily to lose.
It's hard to get because when we cook the vegetables, the vitamin
C will gone. If the fruit been kept too long, the Vitamin C inside
it will gone also. In addition to that, the Vitamin C that we manage
to get inside our body can easily gone when we are angry, shock,
smoking etc.. So now we know why people age 40 years looks like
50 years old. ^_^

As for the third one, which is EPA, we will discuss about our
blood vessels. As time goes by, when we eat a lot of "delicious"
stuffs, we also will get something in return. We call that as
cholesterol. This cholesterol name LDL will make our blood vessel
become narrower and lead to high blood pressure. If you do
not do anything to fight it, it can lead to stroke. We are all
in the list so please pay attention to this matter. Even
my friend age 17 years already got high blood pressure.
So this EPA will provide HDL (good cholesterol) to melt the
LDL in our blood vessel inner wall. If we manage to provide
enough HDL, we can get back our normal blood pressure.
So this is very important to be make a habit since teenage
as you take EPA to be life saving supplement.

I didn't have to say about the awards won by this product.

Which one to start?

I did mentioned before that we have 3 basic steps
in healing our body through the MRT methods.

Let me refresh back the 3 steps:

1. Balance Nutrition
2. Sufficient Oxygen intake
3. Detoxification

So let me try to ask you right now which step
you want to start firstly?
(Pick in your mind) ^_^


Ok, let us not wasting any time.

I will tell which one we need to focus first.
We will start from step no.3.

So why do we start with this?
It's because we need to cleanse our body before
taking any nutrition. What is the point taking
all the supplement if our intestine is dirty and
cannot absorb all the nutritions?
That is what we call as WASTING!

So we need to do the step no.3 firstly.

Now we come into "What do I need to do?"

Here I will share to you what did I do before
this until I recover from my migraine and my
allergic. Actually my family also did the same
before recover from gastric and fits.
And a lot of my sister's friend recover from
high blood pressure, Diabetes etc..

So what did we do for step no.3?

We drink lactose.
So what is lactose?
Lactose is a proven product to help detox stubborn
waste from our intestine. It will also help to
recover the Bifidus balance in our intestine.
Each pack contains 1 Billion Bifidus.

Do you know that Bifidus is very important to help
digestion processes in our body? Lack of Bifidus can

Without HEALTH, there will be no happiness.

Think about it carefully what is the
meaning of life without HEALTH..

I may talk simple but it is a very serious
matter. Now if we still can be happy, we
still can enjoy, we still can walk n talk,
we tend to take HEALTH lightly.

But please think about the future..
My father passed away because of lack
of HEALTH awareness when I am 15 years old.

I do not want others to be like me lost
my father at a young age. So I want
everybody start to make this MRT concept
a things to be understand and APPLIED.

Detox it all away..

Hi all,

Sorry coz late updating my blog.
I am working part time recently.
So when I get back to my room, I
feel so tired. Now I can write something
to update this blog..

So I will continue to the 3rd step.
It is about detoxification:

So what is detoxification?
Well it's about healing your body by
rejecting the toxic out from your precious
body. So which part of our body that I am
gonna focus about in this topic? It is our
intestine. The reason I choose it was
because it is our critical body part. It
is the organ that digest and absorb
nutrients from the food that we take and
to be send to all over our body.

Now let us talk a little bit about our
intestine. Do you know how long is our
intestine?

Our intestine is about 6 times our height.
So LONG!! So how it is placed inside our
stomach? By compressing it! So how is the
condition of our intestine? We can see the
picture below:




So what happen when our intestine in that
condition? The foods that we consumed will not
all rejected from our body. Some will be left
inside our intestine and trapped at the inner
surface of the intestine. We call this as
"stubborn waste". This stuffs inside you will
be the source of inner poison. It will become
poison that will be absorb by your own intestine
that will be send to all over your body.
We call this as SELF POISONING.

That's why World Health Organization said
that Colon Cancer will be number one KILLER in
the modern country in this 21st century. We
must be aware of this matter. We all are in the
risk area. Nobody is excluded.

So that's why detoxification is very important
for us to reducing the "stubborn waste" inside
our intestine. Why can't I say "reject all"?
Because everyday, new batch of "stubborn waste"
will be added in our intestine.

So this part of action is very crucial to be
taken by everyone regardless of age.

After this I will show you how can we achieve
healthiness by doing ACTION.

Oh my Oxygen... ^_^

Hi there, last time I mentioned about Balance Nutrition
intake. This time I will discuss about how important
oxygen to us. Maybe we know that oxygen is needed for us
to breath. But we only know that and take oxygen for
granted. Here I will tell you what is the role of oxygen
to our body. And for your information, our body cannot
get sufficient oxygen just by breathing normally.

Oxygen is needed by our body to transport nutrients to
every part of our body. So we can imagine oxygen as bus and
the nutrients as the passengers. If there are no busses, how
can the passengers that rely for busses to get to their
destination? When nutrients transportation is in problems,
it will cause negative effects to the body.

So what happen if there are lack of oxygen in our body?
We will always feel sleepy eventhough we have enough sleep.
The sign for that is always yawning. Sometimes we will feel
dizzy easily. This will affect our concentration in doing
something thus making us uncreative in our work and
unproductive.

I want to share to you one important fact about the
importance of having enough supply of oxygen in our body.
We tend to avoid having active cancer cells in our body
if we have enough supply of oxygen in our body. Take note
that each and everyone of us have cancer cells in our body.
It just that the cancer cells are not active yet. For those
who have cancer bloodlines or family history with cancer
disease, they should be more careful as their probablity
of activating their cancer cells are high. One thing
about this enough supply of oxygen is, the oxygen will
become distractions for the cancer cells growth. So now
we already know that cancer cells cannot live in body
that have enough oxygen. That is the importance of having
enough oxygen in our body. So we must do something about it.

exercising frequently. But for those having a lot of works
until do not have enough time to do exercise, I have the
solution for them that I will mention in the "action" post
afterwards. This method has helped me to recover from my
migrain and I believe in this method which you also will

The start of the 3 steps!

Okay, now I will share about how can we
fight the 6 factors that I mentioned
before this. Please give your full
attention about this because it will
give you a way that can help you and
your family to prevent and even to
recover from chronic diseases such as
High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Gout,
Asthma, Migraine, Gastric, Cancer and
even more.. All these sickness is not
because of viruses but our life styles
and environment.

Now I will share about the first
step which is "Balance Nutrition intake".
So what is "Balance Nutrition"? Here I
will take definitions from expert. If I
just give my own opinion, you may not
believe me because I am not an expert
about this nutrition stuffs. I will only
mention suggestions from two expert in this
field. The first one is Dr.Ragner Berg and
he said that our everyday food intake should
consists of 80% Alkali and 20% Acidic.
So what is alkali food? There are only 5 type
of alkali foods in the world which are vegetables,
fruits, egg's white yolk, fresh milk and algae.
Other than these 5 all are in acidic foods
category. But let me take example for our
vegetables nowadays, normally when we want to eat
the vegetables, we will cook it. When we cook it,
we will put a lot of additives in it to make it
delicious. This way of cooking will bring the
vegetables also in the acidic category.
So what is the best way to eat vegetables?
Eat it raw or fresh like salad or you can boil
it in water a while to cook it. One more
thing we must put into consideration is the
vegetable's and fruit's plantation method.
Nowadays the usual way to make sure the
good production of vegetables and fruits are by
using pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
So these kinds of vegetables and fruits are
not good for our cells.
So we must aim for the organic plantation output
of vegetables and fruits.

The second nutritionist expert is Dr.Adele Davis.
She is the first female world nutritionist in the
world. She stated that we need at least 40 types
of nutritions everyday to maintain our healthy body.
So why do we need at least 40 types of nutrients? It
is because of our 90 organs in our body. They all
demand different kind of nutrition. For example, our
brain needs B12, our eyes need Beta Carotene, our bone
needs Calcium with the help of Vitamin D to help the
absorption of Calcium and so on. So from there we can
see why our body need at least 40 nutrients. In fact
40 nutrients are still not enough to provide nutrients
to all our body but that is the minimum. :)

If we think carefully, it is very hard and almost
impossible to fulfill the suggestions of the two experts
that I mentioned before if we just depending on the
natural resources. The reason is because the natural
resources is not natural anymore because of our technology.
So later I will give you proven way to follow the
suggestions. It has helped me and also my family to
recover from our health problems. So I believe it can help
you and your family too.

That is only the first step. Later I will discuss about

These 6 BAD factors! Made us become what we are TODAY!

As we see these 6 factors, they are all around us.
We cannot run away from them. How can you run
away from air? ^_^. How can you be free from
stress when there are many things that keep you
worry, for examples our work, family,girlfriend,
boyfriend etc..

How can you when you want to exercise but you
have a lot of works at your workplace? And when you
want to exercise after returning from work but you
are too tired to make it happen. Then you go to
clean yourself, eat and rest in front of TV and fall
asleep. Even in your dream, also you are imagining
all the problems, all the works, all the conflicts
of your day to day life. That makes you cannot sleep
well and that will lead to lack of sleep or rest.

I do not need to talk much about the foods that we
consumed everyday. Due to our busy life style and
luxury life, we tend to forget what is the importance
of balancing the food that we take. We simply eat any
kind of foods as long as it satisfy our desire. And
when we do not have enough money, we tend to eat
anything as long as it is cheap and satisfy our hunger.
Some time (or many times ^_^) we eat instant or fast
food which is not really good for our body.

Honestly I write all these through my own experiences
and my observations of the people around me. This
scenarios happen anywhere nowadays, and there are no
exceptions. Thanks to our technologies that brought
these side effects to us. Because of this, we need to
have smart plan about how to survive this new type of
life in which long time ago, nobody need to worry about it.

Because of this life style I manage to get my own
migraine and allergy at the age of 18! Luckily I found
this MRT concept which save me from the two diseases.
This is the concept that I want to share to you all
which I am one of the living prove about the effectiveness
of this concept.

After this, I will explain about the understanding of
the 3 steps to fulfill the needs of our cells which will
recover our body's ability to heal itself.

Food Food Food!!

What do you like to eat?
I bet you will say something that
is "delicious". Well the delicious
foods are usually not healthy.
The reason is simple, to make
the foods to be delicious and
beautiful, we need to add many
things inside it. For example,
we add preservatives, additives
flavor and many more. All this things
is not good for our health. It will
affect our health bit by bit without
us knowing it.

Thats why our health nowadays is in
danger. We easily get sick. Headache,
Flu, Fever and many more.. Even when
we sleep, we cannot sleep well.. People
long time ago seldom have those sickness
but nowadays it seem like part of our
life.. Can you see how in danger we are?

And we say "oh yeah!?", yet we still
eat fast food, instant mee, junk food
etc..

The truth is, we cannot avoid all these
foods. We already need it in our life
without we realize it. It become part of
our life..

SO WHAT CAN I DO?????

The only thing is, we must fight this
factor. I know the way.. Would you like to
know? This steps help me to recover from
Migraine and Allergy..

REST yourself.. Sleep.. ^_^


Every living things in this world need to
rest. It was time for our body to restore
its energy after the day's activiies.

That is also the time when our body wants
to repair itself and the tisues will rebuilt
mostly at that time. Growth hormone will be
produced during our sleeping, so thats why
children really need to have enough sleep.
This hormone will help them to grow faster.
For those who already stop growing, we still
need rest to help rebuilding our tisues.

In terms of our brain, when we sleep actually
our brain is having reorganize processes.
It will arrange back our day experiences and
make our thinking clearer the next day. ^_^.
So we will not likely be in unstable mood
if we have enough sleep. Unstable mood means
easily angry, not happy and many more.

So what happen when we do not have enough sleep?

We tend to be moody. We cannot think clearly.
Our body will not be in the best condition.


So we must give ourselves enough sleep to
be in best condition everyday.. ^_^


The sixth factor for us to be in sickness
will be coming after this.. ^_^

Why exercise is GOOD?

There are reasons why exercise is good.
When we exercise, our body will have enough
oxygen which is very crucial for our
nutrients transportation. And also our blood
circulation is good.

With the enough supply of oxygen in our body,
the cancer cells will be inactive. That's
why cancer cells and oxygen are enemies. Haha..

What is the symptom of people with lack of
oxygen? Sleepy even after enough sleep..
Always yawning.. ^_^.. So if you have the
symptom, you must do someting to increase
your oxygen intake. ^_^

So now we know why exercise is important.
It is not just because we can make our body
slim and fit. So for those who did not
exercise always, please change the lifestyle
from now.. This could save our life and bring
us away from the chronic diseases that I
mentioned before...

But please take note that the location of our
exercise places also determine our health condition.
The result of our exercise will different if we
exercise at industrial area and at village area..
Of course it is better if we exercise at village
are because of the flora.. ^_^

Die Because of Stress!?

Stress can kill you!!
Do you believe it can?
Yes it does but it will happen slowly..

When you in state of stress, your
enzymes production will not be done
properly. As we know, enzymes were
needed to help the reaction that is
always happening in our body.

For example the conversion of food into
energy will need reactions to be happening.
Enzymes will help to make these reaction
to be complete. If the enzymes production
are disturbed due to stress, then the reactions
in our body also will be disturbed. This will
lead us to unhealthiness..

So now we know why stress can kill.. Not just
by knowing that stress can kill, we must also
know why it can threaten our life.

DANGER!! Water polution!

70% of our body consist of water.
So what we drink will determine our health.
As we know, nowadays our water is not
as clean as it was long time ago.

Nowadays our water was polluted by contaminants
such as microorganisme, toxic waste, rubbish,
animal's waste products, pesticide and many more.

So we must make sure the water that we use everyday
is filtered properly. Do you know what is the most
proven water filteration that exist nowadays?

It is R.O technology. R.O stands for Reverse Osmosis.
It's a tehcnology that can filter water and make it
99.99% pure.. I know a R.O filteration product that is
very good. It can filter the water until 0.0001 micron
size. I will tell later when I finish this MRT sharing.

The BAD factors!

Now we going to discuss about the bad factors in a little
bit more details.. ^_^

Number one is Air polution.. We all know about this..
And also we know that we cannot run from air.. Can you? ^_^

We all need oxigen to breath. If the air are poluted,
we will breath in toxic into our lungs. And this is not
good. This will cause our cells to be in bad shape and
gets worst from time to time. This is one factor that will
lead us to chronic disease if we try to live happily with
the toxic.

We all know that polution come from our technology that we
are proud of. From the industrial area, motorized vehicle,
open burning and cigarette.

We cannot stop people from using vehicle.
We cannot stop the factories.
We cannot stop the smokers.
We can help our body to strengthen itself. ^_^

What make us sick?

Before this I said about Chronic disease right?
All the diseases were the one that caused by our habit
and our environment. It's not because of virus or other
organisme.

Today we will see what make us sick?
Do you ever wonder why people long time ago less get ill?
Why now we easily get sick?
Why people long time ago can live longer?
What are the source of this problem?

Sometimes we asked questions without knowing that the
answers is all around us.. We just do not open our
eyes to see the answers.

So the question now is what make us sick?

There are 6 factors:

1. Air polution
2. Water polution
3. Stress
4. Lack of exercise
5. Lack of rest
6. Unbalanced diet















I am sure we all know about this problem. The problem
to this problem is that we did not even bother about it.
We try to live happily with these BAD factors.
We can try to do that but these factors is not as good
as us. They are the reason why we become what we be today.
Because of these 6 factors, everyday poison/toxic enter
our body bit by bit. If we do not do something about it,
the toxic will kill us. Trust me!

We will go to see the factors that contribute to our
unhealtiness. After that then I will go to how we can
save ourselves from the grasp of these bad factors.
As we know, we cannot runaway from the factors but
there are ways to fight it.

In the next post, I will explain in details about each of
the 6 factors so we can see the price we have to pay for
the modernization of our world.

What happen when we get sick?

Before this I said that we are all SICK!
Why did I say that?
Because we all have this symptoms:

1. Easy to feel tired when doing work.
2. Having problem about going to toilet everyday.
3. Headache
4. Joint pain
5. etc

This shows that our body is giving us signs that
we are SICK. But what did we do? We just ignore it.
We take it lightly just by taking medicine.

As we know, medicine was used to control the sickness.
It cannot cure it. The only way to cure our body is by
depending on our body ability. We are born with a body
that can heal itself. Our duty is to make sure our body
can maintain the ability.

If we do not take action to help our body to gain its
ability to heal, we will go into a new level which is
known as Chronic. First of all, we must know what does
chronic mean. Chronic in this matter means diseases
caused by our habit and our environment. It is not
because of virus or other organisme.

Below are few of the examples of chronic modern disease:

1. High Blood Pressure
2. Diabetes
3. Migraine
4. Gout
5. Gastric
6. Asthma
7. Cancer

Normally when we reach these above condition then we will
start to worry and go to hospital to get treatment.
Remember that taking medicine is only to control the disease
and not to cure it.

Preventive is still better than cure..
So take the early step to save our body..

Continue!

Ok now let us learn about our body.
As we know, our body are made of
organs. Do you know how many organs
in our body? The answer is about 90 organs.
And 5 of the organs are detoxification organs.
These 5 organs are:

1. Skin
2. Lung
3. Liver
4. Stomach
5. Kidney

These 5 organs are needed for cleaning our 
body from toxic.

These organs are made of tisues and this tisues
are made of cells.

So in MRT we are focusing on cells. How many cells
are in our body? Average is 60 trillion.

60 trillion = 60 000 000 000 000

Logically if we know how to make these 60 trillion cells
healthy, we will be healthy. But first we must know the
condition these cells can be. There are only 2 condition,
whether it is sick or it is healthy.

Sorry to say that we all are SICK.

Ok.. now we continue about this MRT concept..

It was introduced by Dr.Linus Pauling to the world.
He is a 2 times NOBEL WINNER.


This means he is a great and unique person.
Ok, to let you know about the history of this
Molecular Reform Therapy. It was endorsed
by the America's Congress in 1975.



There are 5000 pages report written about it.

So now we know that this concept should be
spread for everybody so that they can attain
healthiness..

We can summarize this concept that tells us about
why we get sick and how to fight the factors.

Understand the concept...

Hi there,

Do you want to be healthy?
The answer is absolutely "YES!".

Well, everyone wants to be healthy.

There is a concept that is very logic and
easy to understand. I want to share this
concept to everybody in this world.

It was called MRT. In full name it is
Molecular Reform Therapy. This concept
tell us why we get sick and how to overcome
it.

I will put it in this blog asap. But what I want
make it clear here is that without understanding
of a health concept or without proper knowledge
about one, we will hardly get a healthy life.
