If you are reading this, it means, I assume that you are fine. If that so, then I am happy for it.
It took me such a long time to get back on my own feet. To be able to post article in this blog again. Maybe this blog already buried under lots of other dead blogs.
I would like to give my opinion on stress. For me stress is an obstacle and also booster. It depends on how we look at it.
Firstly for me, we need to understand what is the source of our stress and what is our objective in life.
After that we can manipulate that stress to become something that push us from behind so that we can move forward.
Some people cannot cope with it because they tend to give negative label to stress. Once we do that, there will be no room for stress to help us.
Of course we always heard of "to release stress". Yes we do need that. It is like pressure in a pipe where we need to regulate the pressure. It is to ensure that we are not over stressed until to the point of breakdown.
I would like to end my article now with a conclusion: Look at stress and try to.make friend with them. But to some limit. When the limit is surpassed, let it out, go and destressed a bit. ☺
