The ideal ratio of friendly to harmful bacteria
is 80:20. In 1899, French researcher Henry Tisser
discovered that a healthy intestine depends on the
condition of the friendly bacteria and the control
they exert over the harmful types.
A healthy population of the friendly bacteria
helps to:
> Suppress undesirable bacteria.
> Produce natural antibiotics
> Stimulate the immune system
> Encourage a good environment for resident friendly
