It's been a while

Hello there my friend.

How are you?
If you are reading this, it means, I assume that you are fine. If that so, then I am happy for it.

It took me such a long time to get back on my own feet. To be able to post article in this blog again. Maybe this blog already buried under lots of other dead blogs.

I would like to give my opinion on stress. For me stress is an obstacle and also booster. It depends on how we look at it.

Firstly for me, we need to understand what is the source of our stress and what is our objective in life.

After that we can manipulate that stress to become something that push us from behind so that we can move forward.

Some people cannot cope with it because they tend to give negative label to stress. Once we do that, there will be no room for stress to help us.

Of course we always heard of "to release stress". Yes we do need that. It is like pressure in a pipe where we need to regulate the pressure. It is to ensure that we are not over stressed until to the point of breakdown.

I would like to end my article now with a conclusion: Look at stress and try to.make friend with them. But to some limit. When the limit is surpassed, let it out, go and destressed a bit. ☺

Hypertension and healthy life style; the best enemy ever.

Good day everyone.

How are you today? Fine? That's nice to know. If you are not okay, then we are on the same boat *smile*. What happen when we are not healthy? Especially when having problem of getting hypertension in our life. We will feel uncomfortable. Everyday I wake up in the morning feel pain in my back head. To think it positively, becoming unhealthy will tend to drive us unto the thought of having healthy life style to counter the health problem.

What can we do? Consume less cholesterol and exercise more. Sleep adequately. That are the things that I do now in my daily activities.

So, for those who are still not in that "sickness region", You can choose either one between hypertension and healhy life style.

If you choose to be sick. Continue on eating unhealthy food and don't exercise.

If you choose to be healthy. You still can enjoy the delicious earth food but in a controlled amount. Do activities that can be categorized as exercise to remove toxin via sweat.

But I suggest for you, be healthy and the world will look more beautiful through your eyes.

Life without kidney

Good day my friend.

In this blog today, I would like to imagine, a life without kidney.
What do you think will happen to us?
In order to have deep understanding about this situation, we need
to know the function of our kidney.

Below are functions of our kidney:
a) Filter our blood to remove wastes.
b) Producing hormones for body functions.
c) Help balance our body pH.

So, without kidney, our body will not be able to do the 3 functions
above. Then we need to know, what is the impact to us?

These are the impacts that I understand:
a) Our body become toxin tank. We will not be able to remove
them out from our body. It will cause us to feel unhealthy.
b) Some of our body system will malfunctions.
c) A lot of sickness will attack our body.

Even if we only got infected by fever disease we already feel
bad. What more if we experience worst disease than that.

I saw people who need to receive hemodialysis treatment. They
cannot drink water more than 500mL a day. Can you imagine that?
Your friend ask you for a drink and you can only watch them
drink. Your friend invite you to play sports, you cannot join them
because if you do sport, you will tend to drink more.

Do you want a life like that?
If you are born healthy and due to your life style your kidney got
damaged, it's a total loss for me.

So, take care of your body specifically your kidney for better life.

What is enough sleep?

Good day.

Let's get straight to the point.
If you want enough sleep;

Age 20 and below, sleep 8 hours.
Age 21 and above, sleep at least 6 hours.

Sleep continuously.
If you sleep 3 hours, wake up and sleep back
another 5 hours, that would not be the
same. Still be considered as lack of sleeping.

That's why, some people says that they have
already sleep "accumulatively" for 9 hours
but still sleepy.

Try to sleep continuously, if you have trouble
with it, try to do some sports activity.
It doesn't have to be heavy sports. As long
as you move your body and sweats.

Why we should not start smoking or quit smoking?

Hi there.

Today let us look at the danger of smoking.
First of all I would state this:
"Smokers are killers".
When you say the serial killers are bad people,
what is the different compare to smokers?
For me it's just the same. It just that,
they kill people slowly.

Ok, let us take a look on what is in the ciggarette:
1. Tar, a carcinogen (substance that causes cancer)
2. Nicotine is addictive and increases cholesterol levels in your body
3. Carbon monoxide reduces oxygen in the body
4. Components of the gas and particulate phases cause
chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).

I do hope that we all do not abuse our own body granted by God.

So, for those who are already start smoking, please stop.
Here what you can do to stop smoking:
Decide if you want to be a killer or not. If you chose not,
then you will stop smoking.
Please do not be hypocrite by saying people are bad when
actually as a smoker, we are no different than the people.

Learning About Health Through Video.

Good day dear readers.
Sorry for not updating this blog for a long time.
Quite busy with working life.
Need to balance my work life and the other elements of life.
New updates for this blog is that I add in links to videos.
I upload it in Youtube and put the links here so that my
dear readers can enjoy the benefit of learning.
Should there be something that you think I need to improve,
