Exactly! The question is, "Why does fish good to be include in our diet?".
Some fish have this essential fatty acid which our body cannot produce but very important for the normal growth of our muscle's function, nerves, cells and organs. These essential fatty acids are EPA (eicosapentaenoic) and DHA (docosahexaenoic).

Goodness of EPA:

>> Helps to increase the blood's viscosity and arteries' function.
>> Helps to control cholesterol.
>> Helps to control blood pressure.
>> Improves heart healthiness.

Goodness of DHA:

>> Helps to improve brain function which it is the basic to the building component for brain tissues.

The best sources for EPA and DHA are cold water fish such as Salmon and Sardine.
