Don't you feel weird why do people nowadays easily infected by diseases?
Recent news is about H1N1 or also known as Swine Flu that can cause death.
This type of flu comes from pig. It may be that this flu existed since the
old days. Then why now it attacked human? Do they changed their mind and
decide to attack us?
Well from my point of view, it is us actually that having problems. And I
mean it is inner problems. We never check our body's condition. People
nowadays become more and more intelligent but the irony is that we are
getting WEAKER! That is why diseases that is not able to attack us before
this to obtain their opportunity.
It's like a castle's gate that has become rusty. For enemies that are
always waiting outside the gate to attack, instead of using cannon to blast
the door, they only need few units to push using bare hands.
(This is my imagination to express our scenarios)
So what should we do to improve our condition right now?
The best solution is to increase the strength of our immune system.
HOW?
Simply by giving each of our 60 Trillion cells stuffs that they
need.
Where to get it? Can we get it from the supermarket?
I don't think so. Our food supply nowadays are covered with commercial
greed. Do you understand it? I mean, they are stuffed with all the
artificials to make them looks nice, taste nice, affordable, etc..
BUT? Do they provide our body's needs? In our dream...
Sorry to say, TODAY, supplement is the only way..
Taking supplement is the same as decide to live healthy.
Not taking is the same as deciding to live in sickness.

You Cannot Download Panadol from the internet!!
I found this page at yahoo answer where this woman (or man) is asking where she (or he) can download panadol. People start to answer in many ways and it is very funny to read them.
Actually it is reality that you cannot download medicine from this digital world. The only way to get healthy with the help of internet is by searching for informations regarding health.
In this blog, I would like to put as many informations as I can to help people all around the world to achieve health. Unfortunately, the concept is only ONE and I cannot say anything else. It is known as MRT concept. Bear in mind that our body is the best DOCTOR and our job is only to give what it wants.
The most essential elements that our Body > System > Organs > Tissue > Cell need are:
1. Nutrients
2. Clean Oxygen
3. Clean Water
Is that hard to get?
Of course NO! but it is only DURING THE OLD 20th CENTURIES..
Come on man, we are in the 21st centuries where "clean air" almost impossible to get. When it comes to food, all that we can think of is "must be delicious". People nowadays tend to take their daily diet for granted. Some people says that "we eat just to fill our stomach". As long as they do not feel hungry then it is find.
These are only few of the problems that we are facing. Even people so called "Medical Doctor" are also trapped inside this way of living. I don't mean to intimidate readers here but I am just bringing us all to the state of realizing things around us. The answers to "Why nowadays even young people suffering from diseases that only for old people long time ago?" is lying in front of our eyes but we cannot see them because of all the "modern world" distractions and temptations.
If you are reading this, I would like to say thank you as I know that HEALTH IS IMPORTANT to you as for me also.

My Journey
I want to start a journey regarding health. I hope I can help create world where people live happily without sickness until it's time for them to leave this world. This MRT concept that I am babling about is really telling us what is the basic requirements of our body. Listen to our body and we can achieve what is known to us as healthy life.
24 hours is the time that everybody in this world have in 1 day. For that I know that I won't be able to do this good news spreading alone. I really hope that readers of this blog can help me to explain to their network about the importance of understanding MRT.
To spread something is to know something. In order to know about that "something", we need to learn and feed informations. I will regularly pour out in this blog any recent informations that I got or other people tell me. I am sure that to visit this blog as a habit will not waste your time.
After acquiring informations and knowledge, then can we start to spread this good news. Nowadays we need to work for money. But then, we normally will neglect our own health moreover don't have time to know about others health. In this journey, we will together having income and work to take care of our own health and others as well. The more people become healthy, the more we can assure our comfortable living.

What normally happen to you if stress occur?
This "things" happen to you and me when we feel stressed. We know that unmanaged stress is not good but we still unclear why it is not good. Come come let us see what negative effects can we get if we do not manage our stress well.
Physiology
During stressful state, our heart rate is increasing more than normal. This will lead to our increasing breathing rate. At this time our muscle will become tense and do you know why your hand become cold? It's because of the blood will moves to your muscle as a preparation for fight. This will lead to less blood at your brain and this is why stress people will become uncreative and hard to think. Blood pressure will increase because of the increasing heart pump rate and this makes us easily gets angry. Sometime we mad becuse of simple little thing.
Psychology
In terms of your stuffs inside your mind, you may feel:
Behavior
The effects of stress to people's behaviour are hyper attitude where they tend to move faster than normal people. They conduct frequent gestures that can be obviously seen by people. They also becoming impatient especially if others do work slower than them.

It will be hard for you to decide the best decision for you when you are in stress condition. It quite be troublesome and need to be overcome as fast as possible.

You cannot run away from Stress
Yes it is true that you cannot escape yourself from stress. It happens to me and to every body else in this universe. As long as a person is alive, stress will be in their daily lifestyles. So we can say that stress is normal. You will experience stress whether directly or not and whether you know it or not.
It is the level of stress and acceptance that makes it different from one person to another. It may be that one person can handle a lot of stresses due to work or family problem because of their experience in that field of life. However, what about person that experiencing “over stressed” for the first time? Surely they will feel shocked and this can lead to many negative effects if no proper ways to handle it been done.
In order to “reduce” level of stress, we need to know about it. See that I am using the word “reduce” because we surely cannot 100% eliminate stress. We can only help reducing stress level to a more acceptable level. This can be done through more than one method.
There is nobody that never experience stress in their life. The one manage to go through this stressful periods is the one who will achieve success because it is actually one of the ingredients of great achievement. They have the proper ways to cope with the stresses.
So right now please take some time to tell yourself and really tell yourself that stress is good. We just need to know how to control and cope with it. By achieving this, you will surely reach your goal safely and happily.
In the next post I will share some about the reactions of stress which will make you say, “No wonder I feel that way. Now I know.” =)

Everyday practices
Today I will share to you tips about what you can do daily in order to achieve better health. You can do this free without spending any money (you can even save money by not smoking ^_^).
1. Move your body
You don't have to go exercise to move your body. You can do it while you are going from one place to another. People nowadays become lazier as technologies are getting better. With the creation of lifts, people don't want to use stairs anymore. Even going up 1 or 2 floors also they will use lifts. I recommend that you use stairs if you just going 1 or 2 floors up.
Walking is good for your health, so practice yourself to walk to your destination if it is considerable near and you have time. Please don't avoid walking just because you are lazy. Your laziness will brought trouble for you in the future.
2. Watch out what goes into your mouth
Today's foods are absolutely delicious. It's due to the existence of many kinds of persevatives and additives. I know you know that these stuffs is not good but still you continue to consume a lot of the "delicious" foods. I am not saying that you cannot eat any of them. You need to enjoy life right? I know because I am thinking the same way too. We must taste all the delicious food. All I could say is for you to control your eating habits. You cannot avoid 100% the foods but you can add more healthy foods in your diet and reducing the unhealthy foods intake. It's better for you to control the level of "enjoyment" today so you can still enjoy 30 years from now instead of "suffering" from many kind of illnesses due to your past eating mistakes.
3. Don't smoke or QUIT smoke!
Smoking gives ZERO BENEFITS. I am 100% sure about it. Still I wonder why people loves to smoke? Does the act of putting smokey stick in one's mouth is considered as noble and macho? Sorry to say but I DON'T THINK SO! (Sorry for those people who are smoking that reads this blog right now but YOU DESERVE THE CRITICSM). Some people says, "Why do you need to care about me? I don't caused any trouble to people. I bought these 'macho sticks' (cigarette) with my own money." OMG man!? Didn't you learn facts about "passive smokers"? People who didn't smoke can get the negative effects of smoking just by living near to the smokers. We (passive smokers) are too kind to scold you for your BAD HABITS but please think about others even if don't care about yourself.
If you are not a smoker, I would like to CONGRATULATE you. You are in the right path of life. Please don't get confused and got influent by smokers in your area. Even if they say that it is good or whatever trick they try to use on you, DON'T INITIATE SMOKING HABIT. Stick to your healthy lifestyles and try helping your family and friends who smoke to stop doing the bad stuff.
I don't have to talk about the negative effects of smoking because I bet you already know about it. Stay away from smoking habit and you are 1 step closer to a healthy life. ^_^
